The House of Harper has a strict cancellation policy. We require a 24 hour notice for any and all cancellations and rescheduled appointments. In the case that you do not give a 24 hour notice (or no call/no show) we require you pay the full price of your scheduled appointment.
If you are more than 15 mins late you may be asked to reschedule and pay the price of your scheduled appointment, Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis by your service provider.
A valid credit card may be required to to reserve all appointments. We will not charge this card expect in the case of late cancellations or no shows.
We always want you to love your hair, so if you are not happy with your service, please give us a call no more than a week from your original service date. You will be scheduled with your stylist for a Color Call-Back Service free of charge.
We do not provide monetary refunds for services.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damages to your clothing, shoes or any other personal items.
All retail sales are final. If for some reason your product is defective, your product can be exchanged for the same item. If you purchase a hot tool, it will need to be returned directly to the manufacture. No cash refunds.
In an effort to ensure the safety of our team & clients and to allow for the most efficient delivery of services while operating capacity is drastically reduced, we will be requiring clients to adhere to the following protocols in order to book and receive services. These protocols will remain in effect until we feel they are no longer necessary.
We understand that you may not agree with these protocols, but in order to make our best efforts at staff and client safety, we will insist that they are followed in order to receive services.
We ask that you do not come to The House if you:
Are living with anyone who is sick with COVID or quarantined pending a COVID test
Have been exposed to anyone with COVID within the last 14 days
Have had a cough within the last 14 days
Have had a fever within the last 14 days
Have been sick or feeling ill within the last 14 days
Have been partially or fully vaccinated & been exposed to COVID within the last 14 days
We ask that you follow the below listed protocols:
Upon arrival to The House, please remain in your car & text your service provider that you have arrived, they will text you when you should come to the door.
You will find hand sanitizer outside of the door to apply before entering the building. Your service provider will open the door for you (to limit surface contact) & take your temperature before entering the building. If your temp is 99 degrees or higher we will ask that you reschedule.
Masks must be properly worn for the entirety of your service. Masks must go behind your ears, fit snugly around the sides of your face, cover above your nose & below your chin.
Food & drink will not be allowed into The House at this time.
Personal items will be limited to a cellphone & form of payment. Any and ALL personal items that you bring with you (glasses, wallets, cellphones) must be kept in your lap at all times.
Arrive to your appointment alone. If friends, family members or children accompany you to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.
